Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a choice of backing up all my ebooks on the cloud and restore them directly in the application when needed?

There are 2 options for backup/restore via Clouds.

A. The simplest way via «Export to Cloud» to Save / Backup you books to Cloud. And then, «Import from Cloud» to download/restore your books.

The limitations for this option are that this happens without backuping/restoring a user metadata (bookmarks, highlights, notes, user tags and attributes). This is due to the fact that user metadata stored not in a books, but in the app database.

B. Full backup / restore
In this case, we backup / restore books with user metadata. So, in this case each selected book is backuped / restored with its own record from the app database.
It's 2-step operations:
Backup

    Details see here.
  2. Export backup file (.trdb) to Cloud.
    Details see here.
